First, what is "content"? Content is all of the information, e.g., text, graphics and audio, dynamic and/or static, that is published on the web. Everything you're looking at on this page, for example, the "header" (that orange-ish thing above), the "body", which includes the text you're reading right now and the illustrations, and the "footer" (below) is content. Their way. All of the files from everywhere in your organization are gathered by your "webmaster", who plays with them for ever, and then manually uploads each one of them to your web site. Expensive, a waste of critical time, and a huge bottleneck.

Our way. Content is stored in your organization's web database. When you need to update your site, you log in to your site, make your change(s), push a button, and you're live. That's it!
