Give control of your content back to you, which saves you money. SuperPage.com's powerful content management system allows a web site owner to maximize use of the site with quicker development and publishing cycles. Because content can be contributed, updated and deleted via the web interface, publishing privileges can be given directly to those in charge of the content, instead of pushed through an IT department or web consultant. With the ability to create levels of publishing privileges, different departments are given access only to their own pages. Since our content management systems separate content from design and programming, these updates can be accomplished without disturbing the design integrity of your site. Finally, content management allows for the creation and management of dynamic features like online forms and applications, calendars, help wanted pages or any other interactive applications that build relationships with the sites users.

Until recently, content management was a technology dominated by high-end specialists and armies of consultants who charged hundreds of thousands, even millions of dollars for their systems. However, SuperPage.com can deliver a content management system to you for a fraction of that cost. Depending on your needs and current setup, SuperPage.com can often deliver customized content management systems in the range of $5,000 to $10,000 installed. Larger or highly customized systems can cost more. Simple systems might cost less. Contact SuperPage.com for a free initial consultation and estimate.

First, SuperPage.com has been in the business of developing dynamic web sites since 1995. We've been around longer than many of the big development firms, to which we credit to our commitment to high quality and low prices. We'll still be developing the web long after many of our bigger (greedier) colleagues have long since disappeared. Second, we are a select team of real software engineers and designers from top schools with decades of experience, who actually run the business. Third, since our founding in 1995, we have concentrated on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and non-profits, and intend to stay there. We understand and appreciate the challenges and rewards of small business. We're a small business ourselves (proudly). Check out our team and our current client list.

No. For most sites, content management systems can be integrated without changing providers. Developing a content management system involves moving the sites content into a database and developing custom programming for delivering that content out of the database and onto the web site. SuperPage.com is experienced with a wide variety of databases and programming languages, e.g., SQL, Oracle, ColdFusion, ASP, and just about anything else (we're coders). If your hosting provider offers plans with any of these services, and most do, you will not have to move your site. If you need to move your site, we have a variety of hosting partners offering discounted hosting services. SuperPage.com will move your site with no downtime -- as part of the development plan. We might add that SuperPage.com specializes in shared hosting of database-driven sites, but we can and often do work with clients who maintain their own IT facilities.

Any way you want. It's important to understand that a content management system is the "invisible" (non-public) portion of your web site. We often create content management systems that have a similar look-and-feel to our clients' public sites. That way, editing your site can be almost as easy as "surfing" it. On the other hand, you may only want or need a simple interface. Much of the look-and-feel of your content management system will depend on your requirements and your budget. We'll work with you to create a template made-to-order. If your site is primarily informational, or e-commerce-oriented, or highly interactive, or something else, or is controllable by one-person or by thousands of employees around the world, SuperPage.com will create an interface solution that is suitable to your company's needs. Whatever the case, our goal is to create a system for you that is easy to use, intuitive, feature-rich and expandable, a system that is able to grow with you as the needs and desires of your company evolve. And most importantly, we will create a content management system for you that you will own, giving you total control of your web presence.

What is dynamic content?
Dynamic content is web information, e.g., text, graphics, etc., that is designed to change frequently. For example, news articles, news releases, calendar events, sports scores, loan rates, and pricing data can be (should be) dynamic content.

What's so special about dynamic content?
Dynamic content can be designed so that several portions of a web page can be updated without affecting the whole page. For example, using a system that employs dynamic content news reporters can file their web stories simultaneously, directly to different sections of a page, e.g., the home page of cnn.com. The net effect is a single unified page, but in fact, the information is coming to you from all over the globe, instantly. Static content, on the other hand, is 100% contained in the HTML code. Each time you change a static page, you have to upload the entire file, which overwrites the existing information. Imagine the multi-news report scenario with static content.
